This role owns our budgeting processes, financial modeling, and reporting infrastructure. In this role, you’ll run our organization-wide budget cycle, build and maintain financial models and tools, and provide reporting and analysis that supports decision-making across teams. CEA has an annual operating budget of over $25M across multiple entities and teams in the US and UK, and you’ll help ensure we use those resources thoughtfully and effectively.
We are seeking a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to join our Finance team. In this role, you’ll be a key business partner helping drive the budget and forecasting process for various departments. You will review the financial performance and forecasting accuracy throughout the year, and provide key insights to the leadership to help drive strategic decision-making.
Conduct financial analysis, manage budgets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial decision-making and operational outcomes. This position is responsible for Pallets Finance in the respective market(s) providing Business support, driving the market strategy and working with the regional CGM and FP&A, C&SC teams to maximize Business Performance.
